How long does shipping take?

I aim to get all orders shipped out within 5 days. With standard delivery, they are sent via Royal Mail's 48 hour service. With express, they are sent via Royal Mail's 24 hour service. These shipping times may vary slightly depending on my current workload and the days they are sent out.

 

There's an issue with my order, what do I do?
